PRICES
In the event of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible and offer you a suitable solution—for example, a refund or assistance in finding a comparable product.
PAYMENT
WERXSCAN accepts payments via VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay .
The payment will only be debited from your account when the goods are dispatched.
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT .
SHIPMENT
WERXSCAN endeavors to ship orders within 24 hours of contract conclusion.
We deliver within Germany .
Shipping to a parcel station is free of charge .
Delivery to your door costs 6.90 € .
Note: If your selected pickup location is unavailable, your shipment will be automatically forwarded to the nearest location. You will be notified of this. If you experience any problems, please contact our customer service.
Delivery takes place on working days. Your order will typically be delivered within 3-7 working days . During periods of high order volume, delivery times may be longer.
WARRANTY
The statutory warranty period of 2 years applies to all goods.
The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects.
Depending on the individual case, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund .
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper use or handling of the goods.
You must report a defect within a reasonable period of time after its discovery. Reporting within two months of discovery of the defect is always considered timely.
If your complaint is justified, we will reimburse you for the reasonable return costs .
Please always send the goods in secure packaging and keep the shipping receipt .

REFUND
If a refund has been agreed upon, please contact us so that we can refund the amount to the original payment method used.
REFUND/EXCHANGE FOR SALE ITEMS
Products purchased as part of sales, special offers, or special discount campaigns are excluded from exchange and refund.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal of 30 days .
The period begins on the day you receive the goods.
Within this period, you must clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can also use the sample cancellation form at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
Mere non-acceptance of the goods without notification does not constitute revocation.
If you cancel a purchase that included a free gift , the entire order, including the gift, must be returned.
RETURN
After you notify us of your cancellation, you have 30 days to return the goods to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You also bear the risk if the goods are damaged during return shipment.
Please ensure safe packaging .
To expedite processing, please enclose a copy of your order confirmation .
Upon request, we will provide you with a return label . In this case, the return shipping costs will be included in the refund.

A mere refusal of acceptance without prior notice shall not be considered a revocation.
CONDITION OF THE GOODS UPON RETURN
You are only liable for any loss of value resulting from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
In other words, you can inspect the goods as you would in a store.
If the goods are clearly used or damaged , we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly or not to refund the goods at all.
To receive a full refund, the goods should be returned to us in perfect condition within 30 days .
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
In the event of an effective cancellation, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made immediately , at the latest within 30 days after receipt of your cancellation notice.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.

DATA PROTECTION
To process your order, we need the following information: name, address, telephone number and email address.
We store and use your personal data solely to process your order and only pass it on to our shipping service provider and our payment service providers .
Personal data is stored at WERXSCAN for the legally required period of 5 years and then deleted.
We only work with processors within the EU or in countries that guarantee an adequate level of data protection.
You have the right to request information about your data stored by us at any time.
In addition, you have the right to correct , block or delete your personal data, provided that this does not conflict with any statutory retention periods.
